A MSc in Statistics & Data Science keeps my approach evidence-first: analysing support patterns, coaching the team, building agentic workflows to take repetitive work off the team’s plate. Years on the frontline of customer support shaped how I listen too: calmly under pressure, with empathy, and with an ear for the signal underneath what’s being asked. I bring that lens to every partner, customer, and team call, and to every business, product, and operations conversation.
